IT reports that this was done.

Scott, we received word from IT that this domain is no longer mapped to the Commons. Could you reach out to the user to see whether she plans to reactivate it? If not, IT would like the mapping to removed from the system (we'll keep the site, of course).
I have sent her an email and will let you know when she replies.
Lauren recently renewed her domain and wants to continue with the domain mapping. I asked her to check with her domain provider to see what might be the problem. Haven't heard back yet.
Hi I would like to check in on this issue.
We would like to either get the issue resolved or drop the mapping on the server in the next couple of weeks.

Hi - I have written another email to Lauren to see if she has any updates. Will let you know.
FYI, we have removed the domain's expired cert, as well as the mapping configuration for this domain in web server.
if the user fixes the domain resolution at a later time and still desires to have mapping restored, please forward the request to itservices@gc.cuny.edu.

Just wanted to update this ticket, the user has updated their CNAME for their laurenspradlin.info
domain to point to commons.gc.cuny.edu
.
As per Lihua's request, I have sent an email to itservices@gc.cuny.edu
asking to remap the domain.
Going to reopen this ticket for now.
