Ray, I'm guessing that this will be fixed automatically by the rich text forum changes in 1.10. Is that right?

It looks like HTML emails are coming through as expected. Just after the 1.10 release, I saw an email come through with unrendered HTML, but on examination, it looks like the user pasted HTML into the Visual tab, which results in escaped characters: http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/cuny-academic-commons-subcommittee/forum/topic/call-for-cboxwordpress-developer-on-contract-humanities-alliance-3/
Let's mark resolved and deal with specific issues as they come up.
