This ticket is to track some improvements for RBE Forum Attachments, introduced in 1.12.

- Add an email token describing that attachments are allowed on forum posts, as well as adding the filesize limit to the email.
- Send feedback email to RBE author if there is a problem parsing or adding an attachment when replying to a forum post via email.

Similar to #6629, commit e755cba adds a line of text to the email footer denoting if attachments can be used when replying by email.

This is what it looks like:

Reply to this email to add your response to the thread.
Attachments are allowed for this email. Filesize limit is 3048 KB.
[Go to the discussion] to reply or catch up on the conversation.

Let me know if you want me to modify the "Attachments are allowed for this email" line.

Commit 45bb51e sends a feedback email to the RBE author if an attachment is not successfully added to the forum post when replying by email.

This is what the email looks like:

Hi there,

You attempted to post some attachments to the "%1$s" topic via email:
%2$s

Unfortunately, we were not able to include them into the forum post due to the following reasons:

%3$s

Please manually visit the forum thread to re-attach your files if possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Subject line: [CUNY Academic Commons] Your attachments could not be posted to the forum thread

Again, let me know if any of the copy needs to be altered.

Boone: I've updated the ACTION_REQUIRED list due to what is required for these changes to take effect.

Thanks, Ray. It would be nice to provide a link to the forum thread. Here's how I would revise the "Please manually visit" line

Please visit the forum post on the web to attach your files: [link]

or something like that

Sorry, I should have made it clear that:

- %1$s is the title of the forum topic
- %2$s is a link to the forum post
- %3$s are the reasons why the attachment failed to post

Let me know if the copy still needs to be amended.

Okay -- thanks for that clarification, Ray. I still do think we should use a different word than "manually" -- maybe something like "Please visit the forum post via your web browser to attach your file(s)."
