Hi Matt,

The activity item was generated for the forum post, but the health check for the Group Email Subscription plugin that is supposed to run every five minutes was not scheduled. (See #10789, #12351)

I've just put up a hotfix to ensure that the health check is always scheduled here - https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/fdd5758c7dbf661d993b403cc27da12a613d695d

What the health check does is find group posts that haven't been sent out yet and processes the email queue.

With the hotfix in place, I can verify that I just received your forum post via email :)
