I just ran into the attached error when trying to access gcdi.commons.gc.cuny.edu

Loading OK for me, both logged in and not logged in.

Were you logged in when trying to load this page? Can you load it now? Did you see this message after waiting for the page to load for a long time? Do other pages on that domain and elsewhere on the Commons work properly?

New error pages look nice.

After maybe 15-20 seconds, IIRC

Do other pages on that domain and elsewhere on the Commons work properly?

I would say that the site doesn't seem especially snappy to me. When I go to gcdi.commons.gc.cuny.edu, I have a 5-6 second delay on page load. is it loading more quickly for you?

While logged in as a super admin and clicking around on gcdi.commons pages, both front-end and back-end, page load times are around 4s. This is not particularly fast, but it doesn't feel overly sluggish. Server load appears normal. CCing Ray in case he sees anything.
