Description
Boone, I took a stab at formalizing my list of release ticket/possibilities from yesterday's agenda in a spreadsheet. I thought you could take a first pass at the Release Date and Dev Resources columns (related but perhaps not consistently). Hopefully the drop-down choices are structured in a helpful way but not overly limiting.

Feel free to skip any or leave notes for me to clarify any item. After your review, I'll be happy to group tickets into the Redmine release roadmap and pass updates/questions through to the individual tickets.

Thanks for this, Colin. I made a few comments. I also went ahead and sorted the 'later' tickets into a new 2.7.0 milestone, with the understanding that 2.6.0 is slated for the first part of Fall 2025, while 2.7.0 will probably be in the first few months of 2026.
Ray, I divided up the items on the list between the two of us. You've got a number of the smaller items, as well as the in-progress email stuff and the admin bar rewrite. I took a couple of the bigger items related to activity stream deletion and group privacy. But I'm happy to revisit this if you have other thoughts about it.

Hi Boone, thanks for working through that list and Redmine-sorting the items into 2.6 and 2.7 based on it. As you and Ray (and there is a ticket or two for Jeremy too, as it stands right now) dive in to these (or revisit, as in the case of some tickets) we can adjust where each items falls is needed.
And I agree that some tickets like the email design updates in #22840 may not cleanly fall in one release, as there are so many independent sub-items there that they can be shipped piecemeal when ready.
