Description
Hi All,
I cannot access the commons and have gotten several emails from faculty with the same issue. I am seeing a critical error when I try to access. I have cleared my cache and tried several browsers. I am at the GC.

The Redis cache was full. I've flushed it and the site is once again responding. I'll talk to Reclaim about eviction policy or other next steps.

Hm okay, I can now see public pages but still get the same error when i try to log in. Again cleared my cache and tried logging in through multiple browsers

Hm. A random selection of pages on my end is working fine. I'm looking over the error log and I don't see any more errors indicating out-of-memory issues since I flushed the cache a while ago.
When viewing a URL that shows a fatal error, could you please do me a favor and append ?bbgd=1 to the URL (so eg https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/members/?bbgd=1) and then let me know what error message is shown on the screen?

Sure when i go to the link this is the error message

Thanks for the info and screenshot. It looks like there's a longstanding bug in cac-onboarding that can trigger fatal errors for certain combinations of pending invitations (which my account doesn't have, explaining why I didn't see it). This is totally unrelated to the Redis issue on the surface, though it could be that clearing the Redis cache triggered cac-onboarding to rebuild some markup that had previously been in the cache, surfacing the bug. Fixed in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac-onboarding/commit/5218a45f914ea1d9721ebdc1f521c6c0de1cb18d and pushed to the production site. Can you please confirm that you're no longer seeing the error?
